At Flor de Luna, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, delivery timelines, and policies to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options to meet your needs:

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. "Shorten My Dress" orders may take an additional 2-3 business days.

Processing may take longer during holidays, sales, or promotional periods.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
International Orders
Please note international customers are responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes charged by their country upon delivery. These fees are not collected at checkout and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier’s website.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $200 USD.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing may occasionally impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package), we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Surroundings – Look around your delivery location, including side doors, porches, and mailrooms.
- Ask Neighbors & Household Members – Sometimes packages are received by others at your address or delivered to a neighbor by mistake.
- Wait 24 Hours – Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before they actually arrive.
- Contact the Carrier – If you still cannot locate your package, please reach out to UPS (or the shipping carrier used) to file a claim. You can do this by visiting their website or calling their customer service.
- Report the Theft – If you suspect theft, we recommend filing a report with your local authorities.
